I have been writing professionally for 10 years. I am an online news junkie, but will just as soon dig into a dusty, classic tome with Old Book Smell. Gobbling up beautiful words is my favorite- as is gobbling up Earl Grey macarons.

When I’m not exercising my gourmand tendencies (read: pigging out), I’m working out trying to undo the damage. It’s a constant existential dilemma.

On the weekends, I like to go shopping, explore new places around my native L.A., and occasionally hike with my 7-year-old shih tzu, Ares the Great. Which usually means I hike while carrying him.
